I've had SmarTone for 13 years now. How many times will smartone scrap the login method and start over? How many times will the login method be changed? Why is the app changing login method so much? Why create yet another version of the app that doesn't leverage the old credential pool, but you can not use the same name! Seems "Smart"Tone just like pissing money into the wind on app development. Thanks, I don't need the app anymore, at least the web front end sort-of works.

Useless. All items showing in the app cannot be purchased even stating 'buy now' or no response when pressing button related to accounts.

The app is mainly used for SIM card under service plan. Before real name registration I can still go to the old interface for prepaid card and check the card balance and buy value added services. Yet after real name registration I can no longer go to the prepaid card interface, and providing my identity information to reset password doesn't work for me
